We sell both physical and digital goods. All transactions are conducted in accordance with Scottish consumer rights legislation.
We offer preorders on products that haven't been released yet or are pending restock. Preordering means paying in advance and receiving the product when it becomes available. Preordered products are not donations or pledges but legally binding sales. In the event that a product cannot become available due to cancellation or circumstances beyond our control, we will automatically issue a full refund to the same payment method that completed the preorder payment. All unfulfilled preorders are fully refundable on request at any time. Please contact us if this is required using our online contact form. Fulfilled preorders can be refunded the same way as regular orders (see section c below).
Users have the right to cancel orders and return goods within 14 calendar days for goods, and 14 days from the day after an order is made for services and digital content, with conditions as outlined in the introduction. Please contact us if this is required as per section 11.
Should we wish to support user-generated content in the future, all such content must be appropriate for audiences under the age of 18 and free from harassment. This includes display names, avatars, profiles and any other content created by a user that will be displayed via our services. We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate accounts for violations of this policy. We reserve the right to display user-generated content in services outside of this site such as online in-game leaderboards.
Payments for goods and services are processed through third-party providers including PayPal. By using these services, you agree to abide by their terms of service and privacy policies.
Disputes arising under these Terms or from the use of our website may be brought to court in accordance with Scottish law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Account holders will be notified of any changes via email. Continued use of the website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
While we strive to ensure the quality of our products and accurately represent them on our website, we are not liable for minor cosmetic damages or delays in delivery beyond our control. Users dissatisfied with their purchase may return the product in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
