The Orc Blog: Dream Disc '25 - The Winners!

by Ross Kilgariff - 2026-06-01 - 11:45pm

Hello Dreamcast fans! For the second year running, our esteemed judges have decided on the winners of the Dream Disc game jam competition. If this project is news to you, check out some of the submissions from the Dreamcast development community over on itch.io.

Thanks so much to everyone who submitted their project! The quality this year was incredible. If you weren't picked this time around please don't be disheartened - it was a very close call, and there will be future opportunities for Dream Disc 😊

Scoring

To work out the positions, each judge provided a list of their top 10 submissions in order. Each position on the list was then assigned points (10 points for 1st, 8 points for 2nd, 6 points for 3rd and 3 points for any other position). Points totals were then calculated and the final ranking was determined based on these totals.

Where submissions were tied on points, they share the same place in the final ranking.

Thanks everyone, all the best until next time!
